Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & SMO (Social Media Optimization) Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) and enhance our social media presence. Responsibilities:SEO Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance website visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, optimizing website content and meta tags accordingly.On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

Implement on-page optimization techniques, including optimizing website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure. Execute off-page optimization strategies such as link building and content promotion to improve website authority and ranking.Technical SEO Audits:

Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and site performance. Implement technical fixes and enhancements to ensure optimal website health.SMO Strategy Implementation:

Develop and implement social media optimization strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms. Create compelling social media content and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.Social Media Management:

Manage and maintain social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, and YouTube. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to foster community growth.Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports to track progress and performance against established goals.Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and SMO. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize strategies and adapt to changes in search engine and social media algorithms.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as an SEO & SMO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful SEO and SMO campaigns.In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective algorithms, along with experience in developing and implementing SMO strategies.Proficiency in SEO and SMO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for both website optimization and social media channels.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
