Roles and Responsibilities.1.Were seeking a qualified Deputy Zonal Sales Manager who can drive the team of 8 to 10 TSMs under them.2. Deputy Zonal Sales Manager will utilise their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong Field Team.3.The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Qualification :1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development.2. Should have managed larger teams on the ground.3.Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager, >4 year of experience in Sales.4. Should have minimum team size of 10-15 TSM in various locations(Territory Sales Manager).5.Ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment Strong work ethic and communication skills.6.Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics.7.
