This role requires a proactive individual with strong troubleshooting and repair skills to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and general facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:


1) Plumbing Maintenance:

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, drains, water heaters, and sewage systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes.
  • Install and replace plumbing fixtures and components.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.


2) AC and HVAC Maintenance:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Repair or replace faulty components in the AC and HVAC units (e.g., thermostats, filters, coils, compressors).
  • Maintain system efficiency by cleaning and adjusting HVAC components as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues to ensure optimal performance, especially during high-demand periods.


3) General Facility Maintenance:

  • Assist in general repairs and maintenance tasks around the Salon, including electrical, lighting, and appliance upkeep.
  • Monitor and maintain proper operation of kitchen equipment, such as ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Report any issues or potential hazards to management immediately.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of water systems, drainage systems, and plumbing materials.
  • Strong experience with AC and HVAC system repairs and maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, lighting fixtures, and equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and machinery used for general building maintenance.
  • Ability to perform repairs on kitchen equipment and fixtures.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a maintenance technician in a restaurant or foodservice environment.
  • Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.
  • Experience with electrical systems, fire suppression systems and Plumbing
