Job Description

An iOS developer must:Build exceptional mobile applications as per the discussions with the client, project manager and teamShould follow industry standards for mobile applications developmentWork with the platform team to improve APIs and optimize mobile servicesRemain involved in the full software development life cycle within broadly defined parameters and providing software solutions keeping into consideration the software quality needsWork closely with our product and design team to build innovative products for the iOS platformContribution in requirement analysis & gathering, defining & delivering road maps for projects, creating internal technical documentsCollaborate with other mobile platform developers to make sure we have parity in our products across multiple native mobile platformsRequired Skill SetsExperience in developing and maintaining mobile applicationsKnowledge of general software design patternsKnowledge of complex applications in Objective-C/C++ with Cocoa and other frameworksKnowledge of iOS framework internalsStrong knowledge of Objective C, Xcode and Cocoa Touch + UIKitExperience with the iOS 6+ SDKPreferred Skill SetsCloud Integration, data synchronization, data security, offline data caching, databases, etcUnderstanding of the basics of other major mobile platforms: Android, Windows PhoneExposure to Hybrid frameworks like Appcelerator Titanium, PhoneGap, etcInterpersonal SkillsGood verbal and non-verbal communication is a must along with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills. He/she must be able to adapt to new environments and technologies.Educational QualificationB.E., BTech, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
