Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates passionate about HR and eager to contribute to various HR functions while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and training. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, support leave management, and update HR systems. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and contribute to fostering a positive work culture. Policy Communication: Educate employees about HR policies, benefits, and company procedures. Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining compliance-related documentation. Data Management: Manage employee data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Performance Management: Support the performance review process by coordinating evaluations and compiling feedback. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and gather feedback for improvement. General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports and managing communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
