About the Role :

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer - Full Stack - AI & ML to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, backend and frontend development, and the ability to integrate machine learning and AI models into the platform. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of our application, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

• Implement AI and machine learning models into the backend, particularly in computer vision and object identification.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user interface.

• Integrate mapping and GPS tracking functionalities using APIs like Google Maps or Mapbox.

• Design and implement secure payment gateway integrations (e.g., Stripe).

• Ensure the application follows best cybersecurity practices to protect user data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure smooth operation of the platform.


Who are we looking for :

• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment and excels under pressure and on-time deliveries . (Essential)

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack development . (Essential)

• Highly proficient in Python and backend frameworks such as Django or Flask. (Essential)

• Experience with frontend technologies, particularly React.js and Redux. (Preferred)

• Fluent in computer vision (object identification) and integrating AI models into applications. (Essential)

• Proficiency in database management and architecture . (Essential)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS . (Essential)

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure an intuitive user experience . (Preferred)

• Experience with secure payment gateway integrations (e.g., Stripe). (Essential)

• Familiarity with mapping, routing and live GPS tracking APIs (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox). (Essential)

• Experience developing and maintaining content management systems (CMS ). (Essential)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (Essential)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. (Essential)


Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
