Role: Data Scientist Experience: 3-6 Years Location: Hybrid(Any Xebia office, India) We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our advanced analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, along with experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) and other generative models. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on Generative AI applications (e.G., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers). Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.) for specific business use cases. Build data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference. Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model outputs for quality and accuracy. Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps, and business teams to integrate models into production systems. Conduct research and experimentation on cutting-edge GenAI frameworks, tools, and datasets. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization.
