Talent Worx is a growing services & recruitment consulting firm, we are hiring for our client which is a digital invoice discounting platform by A. TREDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System) Ltd, a joint venture between Axis Bank and B2B e-commerce company mjunction. It is a platform which connects MSME suppliers (sellers) and their corporate buyers to multiple financiers. This platform enables discounting of invoices of the MSME sellers against large buyers who are in the ERP system, through a transparent auction mechanism that ensures assertion of the billing at competitive market rates. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and resolve impediments. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. Drive continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and methodologies. Mentor team members on agile principles and practices. Requirement : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager Scrum Master certification preferred. Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Business analyst skills and experience are highly desirable.
