Job Purpose

We are seeking a Visual Design Lead to drive brand-led design and outreach across campaigns, creatives, and marketing communication. This role will sit within the Brand team and focus on visual identity, brand recall, and creative excellence across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong design aesthetics and the ability to scale creative production for a fast-growing NBFC brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual design for brand and outreach, including campaigns, social, print, and digital media.
• Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, guidelines, and creative systems.
• Create compelling visual narratives for customer campaigns, brand awareness, and product launches.
• Collaborate with CX design team to ensure consistency between brand identity and UI/UX design.
• Manage end-to-end creative production (concept to execution) across multiple channels.
• Mentor junior designers and external creative partners/agencies.
• Use AI-enabled creative tools for scaling personalized design output.

Qualification & experience

• 5+ years’ experience in visual/graphic design, with strong exposure to branding and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and marketing design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion/animation tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience in BFSI/consumer brands preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
