Role & responsibilities
Influencer Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Influencer Sourcing and Management:
- Identify, research, and source relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) based on target audience and brand fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and managing collaborations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure influencer authenticity and alignment with brand values.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience.
- Provide creative direction and content briefs to influencers, ensuring brand messaging and guidelines are followed.
- Review and approve influencer content before publication to ensure quality and compliance.
Posting and Platform Management:
- Coordinate and schedule influencer posts across various social media platforms
- Track and manage influencer posting schedules.
YouTube Uploads and Management:
- Oversee the upload and optimization of YouTube content generated through influencer collaborations.
- Manage YouTube channel metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails, to maximize visibility.
Script Writing:
- Write compelling and engaging scripts for influencer videos and sponsored content.
- Ensure scripts align with brand messaging and effectively communicate key product or service features.
Video Editing:
- Perform basic to intermediate video editing tasks, including cutting, splicing, adding text, and incorporating music and sound effects.
