The candidate will also manage the company’s social media presence and develop strategies for continuous growth.### **Responsibilities**- Design, manage, and regularly update content for the organization’s website- Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong digital connection with customers- Oversee and monitor the company's social media presence, ensuring engagement and growth- Plan and launch targeted advertisements to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with business-to-customer (B2 C) social media management and content creation- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics- Proven track record of launching successful digital campaigns and improving brand presence online- Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS)- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
