Location: Pune (Work from office only with 4 and 5th saturday working)

Experience:
- Typically, a minimum of 6-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience on MS-Dynamics CRM 365 on Online.
- Worked on various modules like Sales, Service & Field Service.
- Very Good experience in creating & customizing Solutions and Entities.
- Experienced in making Forms, Fields and Views, workflows, Actions, Business Rules as needed.
- Well knowledge of making Dashboards, Charts and Reports.
- Excellent experience in Develop Plugins in CRM to facilitate Complex Business rules and validate the data, create
events and automate Customer Services.
- Integrations with LMS/LOS Systems.
- Data Migration (Environment to Environment)

Technical Skills:
- Core Skills: Dynamics & D365), Power Platform, .NET (C# & ASP.Net), WCF, Web Services, HTML, XML,
JavaScript.
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database (19c onwards)
- Tools: Visual Studio, GIT Hub, SOAP UI, Fiddler, Postman, XRM Toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool, Ribbon
Workbench, CRM REST Builder etc.

Good to have:
- Experience with Azure, especially when architecting and developing solutions involving Dynamics 365 and
Azure.
- Copilot with Microsoft Dynamics Service Module knowledge will be a plus
- Experience working on one of the cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP or PCF
- Experience working on BFSI domain will be preferred

Certifications:
Relevant certifications, such as the Microsoft Certifications, will be an added advantage:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Dynamics 365 Developer.
