Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Bidding Contractor to manage tendering and bidding processes for SAP projects and services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP solutions, RFP/RFQ processes, and proposal preparation. This role is crucial in helping the company secure high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify bidding opportunities for SAP-related projects and services.

· Analyze client requirements and prepare comprehensive proposals, EOI, RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.

· Collaborate with SAP consultants, pre-sales teams, and management to gather technical inputs, cost breakdowns, and delivery timelines.

· Develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure compliance with client specifications and contractual terms.

· Review submitted bids, highlight risks, and present winning strategies to management.

· Maintain records of tender submissions, awarded projects, and success rates.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and SAP market demands to enhance proposal quality.

Requirements

· Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience in SAP bidding, proposal management, or SAP pre-sales is highly desirable.

· Strong understanding of SAP modules and solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, HCM, FICO, MM, etc.).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and under strict deadlines.
