Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Patna. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, providing customer service, and training sales staff. The specialist will also handle sales management tasks to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training sales staff
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
