We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team in Kochi, Trivandrum.

As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of web applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the growth and success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements.

- Design, implement, and maintain features and functionalities.

- Write clean and efficient code, ensuring the application's performance and scalability.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues, as well as optimize existing code.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.

- Work in an agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Strong expertise in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Version control using Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
