Position: Presales Consultant - CCaaS (Channel & Partner Enablement)
What You'll Do:
Be the Technical Backbone for Sales
- Collaborate with internal sales and channel teams to understand customer needs and craft the right CCaaS solution pitches
- Lead technical discussions in customer meetings, addressing queries, showcasing platform capabilities, and mapping solutions to business problems
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support sales with technically sound proposals
Empower Partners with Confidence
- Conduct hands-on training and workshops to enable partner teams for independent presales success
- Build scalable enablement programs to reduce partner dependency on internal presales resources
- Stay updated with Ubona's latest product developments and share actionable insights with partner teams
Bridge Product & Sales
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand new releases and ensure partner-facing teams are aligned
- Bring back partner feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering in SaaS, CCaaS, or telecom domains
- Deep knowledge of cloud contact center tech – including IVR, telephony, omnichannel, AI/chatbots, and CRM integrations
- Proven experience in conducting partner/customer demos and enabling sales teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, you can simplify complex tech for any audience
- Experience working with partner ecosystems and enabling self-sufficient sales motions
- Bonus: Exposure to networking, security, and scalability concepts for enterprise SaaS solutions
