Position: Presales Consultant - CCaaS (Channel & Partner Enablement)

What You'll Do:

Be the Technical Backbone for Sales

  • Collaborate with internal sales and channel teams to understand customer needs and craft the right CCaaS solution pitches
  • Lead technical discussions in customer meetings, addressing queries, showcasing platform capabilities, and mapping solutions to business problems
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support sales with technically sound proposals

Empower Partners with Confidence

  • Conduct hands-on training and workshops to enable partner teams for independent presales success
  • Build scalable enablement programs to reduce partner dependency on internal presales resources
  • Stay updated with Ubona's latest product developments and share actionable insights with partner teams

Bridge Product & Sales

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand new releases and ensure partner-facing teams are aligned
  • Bring back partner feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering in SaaS, CCaaS, or telecom domains
  • Deep knowledge of cloud contact center tech – including IVR, telephony, omnichannel, AI/chatbots, and CRM integrations
  • Proven experience in conducting partner/customer demos and enabling sales teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, you can simplify complex tech for any audience
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and enabling self-sufficient sales motions
  • Bonus: Exposure to networking, security, and scalability concepts for enterprise SaaS solutions
