Marketing Design Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coordination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of Photoshop, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in coordinating efforts between the design, product, and business teams to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the design, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on various projects.
- Assist in the creation and editing of visual content using basic Photoshop skills.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and databases.
- Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions for project improvements and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and experience in creating and editing visual content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with data management systems and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus.
Job Type : Remote (WFH)
Job Timings - 7 pm to 3 am IST ( evening & night shift)
