Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer with a strong background in the healthcare domain (claims, eligibility, and enrollment systems). The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of QA automation experience and at least 3 years of hands-on expertise with Tosca for test automation. This role will focus on building and maintaining robust automated test frameworks while ensuring the quality and compliance of critical healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tosca Test Suite.
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks for Web, API, and Database testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to capture test requirements.
  • Develop test plans, test data, and test scenarios for healthcare applications.
  • Convert manual test cases into automated scripts in collaboration with QA teams.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing across environments.
  • Integrate Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test suites; investigate and resolve failures.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and validate against healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test strategy, automation tools, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with 3+ years in Tosca Test Suite.
  • Proven experience automating Web, API, and Database testing using Tosca.
  • Strong background in the healthcare domain (claims, eligibility, enrollment, or EHR systems).
  • Experience integrating Tosca with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of test data management and dynamic data creation in Tosca.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database validations for test automation.
  • Experience using Tosca's API Scan module for service/API testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting, test maintenance, and failure triage skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
