Develop and enhance the curriculum in consultation with faculty, aligning with the latest accreditation standards. Champion research initiatives, securing collaborations and funding to advance the department's goals. Leverage industry partnerships to facilitate student internships and job placements.Requirements: A Ph.D. in Agriculture Sciences. Having knowledge of Life and Allied Sciences to control that department. Minimum 10 years of experience in academia, including significant tenure as a Principal or in a comparable leadership role within an agriculture or life sciences department. Demonstrated expertise in managing academic departments, with a keen understanding of the operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of department leadership.
