A Recruiter, or Corporate Recruiter, is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring candidates for External with or without Vendor management. Their duties include sourcing candidates, vendor coordination, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews and negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates. Coordinate directly with clients, handling multiple vendor Onboarding, joining formalities for candidates, coordination snd handholding with the selected candidate till joining.


• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers


• Multiple vendor coordination in Pan India.


• Attracting candidates through active vendors, filed recruitments, various channels like job portal, social media and professional networks


• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates


• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers


• Conducting all the rounds with the directors and managing directors.


• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates


• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Mostly working with manufacturing companies, mining sector, government clients, warehouse and logistics, last mile delivery, IT (recently starting to onboard clients), infrastructure and internal hiring across functions.

2 years minimum experience. Lesser acceptable depending on the skill level.
