Some key traits that our colleagues share:CuriosityFirst Principles thinkingBelief in continuous and sustained self-improvementPassion to blaze a trail and innovate in the emerging areas of AI AgentsKey requirements:Solid 3 to 5 years of experience in building AI systems with demonstrable project(s) in autonomous agents and multi-agent architecturesStrong theoretical knowledge of AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Task Planning, Agent Memory Systems, and Agent Communication ProtocolsDemonstrable experience in building/productionizing agent-based applications for enterprise use casesExperience in domain specific modeling and translating business problems into agent-based solutionsProficiency in agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph) and agent orchestration platformsStrong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and their integration with agent systemsPrototyping and productionizing novel agent capabilities - leading to creation of intellectual property and published paper acceptance at prestigious international conferencesProficiency with Python, Agent Development Frameworks, and current AI stack: Py Torch, Lang Chain Ecosystem, Vector Databases etc.Strong problem-solving skills with ability to decompose complex business problems into enterprise-grade agent-based solutions with proper guardrails and safety measuresExperience in agent evaluation metrics and performance optimizationAdditional Desired Skills:Strong understanding of agent safety and alignment principlesExperience with agent evaluation techniques and strategy for domain focused problemsKnowledge of agent communication protocols and standardsFamiliarity with agent deployment and scaling strategiesNote: This role mandates consistent work from office, with limited grant of work from home.
