Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory. The role calls for someone adept at pitching and onboarding new clients, crafting and presenting compelling proposals, retaining and growing accounts, and leading high-stakes meetings with senior client stakeholders. The ideal candidate can navigate escalations diplomatically and implement feedback quickly, driving both client satisfaction and account growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client relationships, serving as the primary contact for strategic discussions, campaign oversight, feedback, and business growth opportunitiesDevelop, implement, and oversee comprehensive account strategies aligned to client goals with a focus on retaining and expanding existing accountsDrive business development by pitching new clients, preparing proposals, and leading client onboarding presentationsManage multiple projects and teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with creative, digital, strategy, and production unitsLead client meetings, gather feedback, and drive implementationHandle client escalations, ensuring issues are resolved with professionalism and speedGuide and mentor junior team membersOwn account profitability and resource planning, working with finance and operations to ensure effective budget managementMonitor campaign performance, prepare insightful reports, and translate data into actionable recommendationsRepresent Pivot at industry events, build networks, and champion the agency’s reputationRequired SkillsCritical to have substantial digital marketing agency experienceStrong social media management abilities: reporting, posting, analyticsPrior experience in pitching, proposal creation, and client presentationsProven client retention and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesHigh-level organization, detail orientation, and time managementProfessional approach to handling client escalationsCollaborative leadership style and team mentoring capabilitiesExperience and strong interest in business development is a major plusAbout PivotPivot is a Mumbai-based Brand Communication and Digital Marketing Agency working with innovative startups, scale-ups, and global businesses.
