About the Role

We're looking for a cinematographer / DOP who can bring our products to life on screen. From stylish tumblers to sleek air fryers, SOLARA products are built with aesthetics in mind—and your job is to capture that magic.

You'll be the visual lead for all Facebook ad shoots — from lighting to lensing, angles to ambiance. You should understand what sells in 3 seconds and create scroll-stopping visuals that convert.

What You'll Do


• Conceptualize and shoot product-focused ad videos and photos, primarily for Facebook & Instagram


• Execute tabletop-style shoots and lifestyle scenarios with props/models


• Work closely with brand, design, and performance teams to understand visual objectives


• Own lighting setup, camera operation, frame composition, and art direction


• Ensure fast turnaround and output tailored for vertical/mobile-first ads (e.g. 9:16 aspect)


• Lead full shoot execution end-to-end with minimal supervision (location, setup, wrap)


• Coordinate with editors, stylists, and models as required

What You Bring


• 2–5 years' experience as a cinematographer / DOP in product or ad filmmaking


• Strong portfolio of product shoots or brand ads — especially D2C / e-commerce


• Deep understanding of lighting, angles, and shooting for visual appeal


• Hands-on with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.)


• Strong command over gear: gimbals, diffusers, backdrops, tabletop rigs


• Experience with shoots for Facebook/Instagram ads is a BIG plus


• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate

Bonus Points


• Experience shooting food/kitchen/lifestyle products


• Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut)


• Awareness of current performance ad trends and consumer behavior
