Network Expert | CCNA / CCNPLocation: Port BlairExperience: 6 - 7 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Network Expert with strong hands-on expertise in switching, routing, and enterprise network management. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / ECE) and possess 6+ years of experience in managing and optimizing network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and firewalls.- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.- Implement network security best practices and access control policies.- Perform root-cause analysis for network incidents and resolve issues promptly.- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, VLANs, STP, trunking, and related switching technologies.- Work on network upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and optimization.- Maintain documentation on network setups, configurations, and SOPs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects and support.Required Skills & Experience:- 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.- Strong knowledge of Switching (mandatory), Routing, VLANs, STP, VTP, WAN technologies.- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.- Good understanding of network security principles.- Ability to diagnose complex network issues efficiently.Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred):- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certifications.
