About the role:
As an Org Excellence (OrgX) Associate , you'll play a key role in optimizing business operations and improving delivery efficiency through automation. The core role of the Associate will be to automate processes, streamline workflows, and dashboards for Tiger’s internal stakeholders.
Key Skills:
Continuous Improvement : Curiosity and experimentative mindset to identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and eliminate/minimize manual tasks
Automation : Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, App Scripts, dashboarding tools, and Low/No code apps to enable quick-turnaround automation
Data Management : Understand internal data sources; clean and analyze data to generate actionable insights
Create Reports : Build and maintain real-time dashboards to visualize KPIs and track business performance for senior leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with Teams : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in Tiger Analytics
Attention to Detail: Ability to create bug-free and scalable automation, ensure structured documentation and knowledge management
Required Experience:
0-4 years of experience in process automation, reporting, or data management, preferably in IT/analytics services or financial services
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Macros/VBA) and Google Sheets/Slides; Google Apps Script experience is a plus.
Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience. Compensation packages among the best in the industry.
