We are seeking a proactive and analytical operations professional to support our growing design house. If you're someone who can translate long-term goals into actionable short-term plans and are excited to be part of a hands-on, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.As part of a close-knit team, you'll work directly with the founder/creative director, gaining firsthand experience in growing and scaling a purpose-driven business in the fashion industry.Key Responsibilities- Vendor & Artisan Management: Source fabrics and trims; maintain a database of vendors and artisans.- Supply Chain Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.- Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage current inventory levels across product lines.- Merchandising & Retail Liaison: Coordinate with store representatives; support merchandising efforts.- Market & Product Research: Analyze viability for new product lines and expansion opportunities.- Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports with actionable insights.- Creative Support (Bonus): Assist with shoot planning and social media coordination as needed.Who You Are- 1+ years of experience in operations; experience in fashion labels is a plus.- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Textile Management or similar.- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Tally.- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.- Skilled at managing multiple product lines and allocating resources effectively.- A strategic and analytical thinker who can turn broad visions into detailed plans.To apply, please reach out with your CV/resume and a message about why you would be a good fit for the role.Email: Phone:
