Job Summary:

As a Software Testing Trainee, you will assist in testing software applications under senior QA engineers' guidance, ensuring quality and stability. You'll contribute to manual and automated testing, bug validation, and regression testing in staging and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing across multiple environments to ensure software stability
  • Automate test cases and validate test results
  • Perform regression testing to verify functionality after updates
  • Validate bug fixes and document findings with clear feedback
  • Support development of testing frameworks and maintain test logs

Qualification Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Technical Skills:
    Basic knowledge of manual testing; familiarity with automation frameworks (Playwright, Xunit) is a plus
  • Soft Skills:
    Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, team player, eager to learn
  • Preferred:
    Experience with bug tracking tools and Agile methodologies
