Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DRI Operation at Jindal Steel Ltd. located in Tamnar. The DRI Operation professional will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of the direct reduced iron production. Tasks will involve handling operations management, coordinating with various departments, monitoring production processes, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and suggest improvements, as well as effective communication to interact with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and process improvement
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in Operations Management to ensure smooth production processes
• Project Management skills for managing and overseeing various projects
• Sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Relevant experience in the steel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
