- The NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and customizing NetSuite ERP solutions to meet the business needs of the organization.

- This role is essential in ensuring seamless operation and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems, providing technical expertise, and aligning technology solutions with business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.

- Work with the customer to configure/customize the NetSuite application to meet their business requirements.

- Conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in person, attend project meetings and provide status on the progress of activities and deliverables.

- Provide customers with as-needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.

- Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities at NetSuite.

- NetSuite Technical & Functional Experience with some knowledge of NetSuite scripting.

- Knowledge/experience in Accounting/Financial Services.

- Should have experience in systems applications consulting.

- Expertise in NetSuite Configuration& Customization.

- Understanding of common industry-standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger), Order Management Billing and invoicing.

- Good understanding of Consolidation, Intercompany Accounting, Foreign Currency Exchange Rates & Financial Statements in the NetSuite Application.

- Solid knowledge of Record-to-Report areas like Expense Allocation, Fixed Assets, and reconciliations.

- Good to have knowledge of SaaS applications such as Blackline.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to Analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage projects, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

- Previous enterprise-level experience as a Solutions consultant is preferred.

- Respond to and troubleshoot incidents.

- Conduct root cause analyses.

- Has context menu Compose Paragraph.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Extensive experience (8+ years) working with NetSuite, including customization, administration, and development, must have worked in at least 4 Project implementations.

- Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder, and knowledge of NetSuite Analytics preferred.

- Experience editing financial reports and deep experience with NetSuite financials would be preferred.

- Experience with NetSuite financials, logistics, inventory management, and warehousing is required.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, workflows, and scripting languages.

- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.

- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.

- Experience with SuiteAnalytics and SuiteCloud development.

- Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy-the ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- NetSuite certifications are preferred but not required.
