Customer Experience Specialist

At Absolut Pet, we are dedicated to providing exceptional pet wellness supplements.

This role requires a highly skilled individual to manage customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling customer inquiries.

We seek a professional who can analyze customer feedback, improve processes, and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

The successful candidate will have a background in customer service or logistics, and be fluent in English & Hindi.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad, where the right individual will contribute to our team's success and help us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional pet care solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer calls, emails, and chats to ensure prompt and courteous resolution
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction
  • Process and manage orders, shipments, and returns efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in customer service and logistics

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in pet care or a related industry
  • Fluency in English & Hindi
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
