Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 5-8 associates and analysts , involved in primary and secondary research engagements across industriesOversee and manage multiple project teams , guiding them through scoping, timelines, content development, and client engagementDeliver high quality, client-ready output consistently ; identify risks / issues and escalate to the reporting manager in a timely mannerAct as the primary client contact : manage accounts, prioritize workflows, negotiate timelines and scope, collect feedback, address issues, and seek up-selling/cross-selling opportunitiesEnsure work quality : review outputs for accuracy, value addition, and adherence to timelines

Competencies & Experience:6-10 years of experience in a similar role

at leading research and analytics, KPOs and consulting firmsA

multi-disciplinary thinker, qualitative and quantitative research experience , preferably a research lead from a consulting background with experience in building high-performing teams.At least 3 years in a managerial role , leading primary and secondary research projects across sectorsProven client facing experience

– proactively engaging client users to understand project scope and requirements, and coordinating task execution through frequent phone and email correspondenceSkilled in all aspects of business and financial research

across various output typesStrong experience in leveraging new-age technologies and data analytics capabilities

to efficiently extract, process, and deliver content in an easily understandable wayAdept in leveraging research databases such as CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, Factiva, amongst othersMaster’s degree in business, Economics, English Literature, or Mass Communication from a top-tier university or college
