Main Responsibilities 2.1 Pre-sales Supports: Assist sales team and local distributors in introducing the Company’s product to potential customers, carry out product presentation and demonstration, deliver satisfactory solutions to customer’s questions and queries. Support sales team and local distributors in the technical specifications during tender projects. Attend local promotional activities, such as exhibitions, congresses, seminars and workshops. Design local product promotion toolkits. Plan, design and implement new product launching activities or road shows. 2.2 Post-sales Support: Work closely with the sales and marketing management to assure product development and distribution goals are congruent. Work with engineering team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments. Specify, configure and validate the clinical attributes and performance of the product. Collect typical images and clinical cases for study. Document product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification. Perform in-house product demos to customers as needed, and product presentation. Work together with sales team and distributors to set up reference sites. Work with the sales team to access partnerships and licensing opportunities. 2.3 Product Training: Brief and train the sales force on periodic basis. Train clinical application specialists among the Company's distributors for better product demo to end users. 2.4 Special Projects: Market research and analysis. PR with local luminaries and academic societies. Evaluate and feedback on new product positioning strategy.
