Stimulate Designs is a footwear R&D company that has patented innovations in the women's footwear category. We are looking for a Delhi based Co-founder/ CMO to launch a digital-first fashion D2C brand. We shall start with the footwear category.
Role overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a result-driven Brand Manager (co-founder) for a D2C fashion brand. We seek a dynamic individual who will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage & optimise all aspects of the business in a lean way, developing the overall brand strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful launch and growth of the fashion venture in the highly competitive fashion industry.
Job description:
CMO: Design & execute the entire marketing, PR & sales plan. Can you think differently to stand out in a cluttered fashion space? It's an everyday process of creativity and intelligence.
Content: Strategise content and establishing a cost-effective freelance team to execute ad campaign, reels, product photo and video content.
Head digital marketing and sales: SEO, meta ads, Social Media Campaigns, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing to target the funnel stages. Sound knowledge of tools such as Clever Tap, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Heat Maps, Google search console, Tag Manager, CRM, Marketing funnel optimisation, Keyword search tools- Ahrefs, SEMrush, Keyword planner.
Experience with leading market places such as amazon, myntra, nykaa, ajio to accelerate revenue generation.
Brand management: Setting up and maintaining vendors for different operations of the D2C brand, managing customer service, logistics, order fulfilment & returns, account managers.
Skills: target audience profiling l customer acquisition & retention l pricing strategy & discounting l digital marketing l Instagram marketing l business development l people management skills l negotiations l fashion e-commerce l offline distribution l finance l strategy l operations l competition analysis l newer markets l branding l supply chain management l PR l budgeting l sales I content strategy
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in brand development, operations & sales within the fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, supply chain management, digital marketing, and offline distribution.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented mindset, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
4 Investment of money in addition to your time is a pre-requisite for this role just like the other co-founder.
-Preference shall be given to candidates with sound knowledge of finance and a knack for optimising the company’s P&L while maintaining 2.5X sales growth YOY. -Candidates with hands-on experience in content and a proven track record in meta ads are a prerequisite.
Compensation: Equity. No salary until external funding is raised (4 yrs. roughly)
Location: Delhi, NCR/ Noida.
