Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and skilled Heat Pump Service Engineers specializing in Heat Pumps systems to join our Customer Service & Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.


Roles & responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction & Site Surveys:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and conduct detailed site surveys.

  • Project Planning & Costing:

Develop project costing, assess site requirements, select franchises, and control costs.

  • Job Execution & Analysis:

Analyze execution challenges and devise solutions to ensure successful task completion.

  • Safety & Compliance:

Execute tasks in compliance with SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).

  • Technical Expertise:

Interpret project site layouts, process layouts, and electrical drawings.

  • Project Management:
  • Monitor project progress, manage deliveries, provide updates, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Commissioning:

Perform pre-commissioning and final commissioning, including redundancy unit configuration.

  • System Integration & Monitoring:

Integrate systems with remote on/off functions, alarms, and BMS (Building Management System) monitoring).

  • Heat Pump Systems Knowledge:

Expertise in vapor compression cycles, including compressors, condensers, expansion valves, evaporators, and refrigerant gases.

  • Environmental Controls:

Manage temperature and humidity controls, including processes of cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification, and airflow circulation.

  • Site Acceptance Testing (SAT):

Conduct SAT, provide operation training, and manage project handover documentation.

  • Tools & Equipment:

Utilize various tools such as Clamp Meters, Line Testers, Vacuum Pumps, Micron Gauges, Recovery Pumps, Anemometers, Temperature Meters, Gauge Manifolds, Sound Level Meters, and more.

  • Technical Monitoring:

Control and measure technical parameters like suction & discharge pressure, suction line temperature, superheat, subcooling, and heat exchanger temperature.

  • Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct regular preventive maintenance and service tasks.

  • Client Communication & Billing:

Prepare and submit AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) quotations and tax invoices, manage customer communication.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B-Tech Mechanical Engineering, or any other equivalent.

• Skills:

1. Expertise in heat pumps and refrigeration.

2. Strong customer service and operational skills.



• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
