The Program Manager will serve as the liaison between Loginsofts Data Engineering team and client team. This role ensures smooth project execution, effective communication, and timely delivery of outcomes, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the point of contact for the client, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication.

  • Participate in regular project meetings with client stakeholders.

  • Provide periodic executive summaries, project updates, and status reports.

  • Project Oversight & Delivery

  • Manage and oversee the Data Engineering teams activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively.

  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with client objectives and expectations.

  • Documentation

  • Prepare and share project-related documentation including status reports, executive summaries, and risk/issue logs.

  • Track and maintain deliverable timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

  • Collaboration & Leadership

  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Ensure the Data Engineering team has the clarity, resources, and direction needed to succeed.

Required skills:

  • 18+ years of experience in Software Industry, 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with strong experience in a senior or leadership role managing complex, multi-team programs.
  • Should have strong programming background (Java/Python, Microsoft technology), Cloud technology, aware of Cybersecurity.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
