About The Bare Bar: The Bare Bar is a natural, handcrafted, sustainable skincare brand that creates small-batch, eco-conscious products. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can handle both static design and short-form video editing , to strengthen our design output across digital and print. About the Role: You’ll be the go-to creative who supports the Creative Lead by taking on the execution of day-to-day design and social content. This includes social posts, packaging, website updates, performance ads, and reels . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across formats — from polishing a reel to designing a catalog or creating an illustration. Responsibilities: Design digital creatives for social media, ads, website banners, and emailers . Support print/packaging design – product labels, catalogs, event collaterals. Edit short-form video content (reels, ads, tutorials, UGC). Create illustrations and visual assets to enrich brand storytelling. Work with photographer to convert raw shoots into polished campaign assets. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. Maintain organized design files and templates. What we are looking for: Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects). Familiarity with social-first editing tools like Cap Cut, In Shot, VN, or similar. Ability to deliver fast-turnaround, high-quality content . Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and detail. Bonus: skills in motion graphics, illustration, or simple animations. Experience is not a barrier — we value skills, creativity, and portfolio over years.
