Job Description / Key Responsibilities

 

❖ Responsible for revenue generation in terms of brokerage for the branch, to achieve the

branch income and manage profitability of the branch

❖ Generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term

investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term

❖ Managing a team of relationship managers, dealers and back office, and ensure maximum

productivity-Will be responsible for achieving brokerage productivity per RM

❖ Lead from front to achieve the targets & Hands on with all types of business reports.

❖ Maintaining channel partner relationship of assigned territory Training & Hand holding of

partners.

❖ Have a business plan for client acquisition and drive the team to achieve the same

❖ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies - Should ensure

adherence to all compliance as laid down by Risk and Compliance

❖ Responsible for all Branch operations, IT, compliance & Risk related issues in the Branch

·Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required

❖ Error-free and smart trade execution, resolving queries and providing solutions in a timely

manner

❖ Will be responsible for cross selling of third party products for the branch, as per requirement

❖ Addition of New Revenue/asset by maintaining current revenue

❖ Providing post sales services to clients
