Role Overview:

The BIM Project Manager/BIM Lead will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with both clients and internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality BIM models and documentation. This role requires a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, offer solutions, and drive the team toward excellence. The ideal candidate is an architect with strong technical expertise in BIM processes and a passion for leadership in a fast-paced, growing environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Leadership: BIM Standards, Knowledge of BIM ISO 19650, Oversee model integrity, data management, and compliance with industry standards.
  • BIM Process Knowledge: Apply a strong understanding of BIM methodologies and standards to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Proactive Decision Making: Quickly resolve issues and anticipate project challenges. Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills to solve complex project challenges and guide the team.
  • Leadership: Lead the team with vision, creating a positive and productive work culture.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and building lasting relationships.
  • Internal Team Coordination: Lead project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between disciplines and departments to meet project timelines.
  • Project Management: Oversee the accurate project management and coordination of BIM data across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Communication Skills: Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Discipline and Accountability: Lead by example, promoting discipline, accountability, and adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Team Building: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, guiding and mentoring team members for their professional growth.
  • Issue Anticipation and Resolution: Proactively identify potential challenges or risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Focus on problem-solving and innovative thinking to deliver efficient project outcomes.
  • Proactive-ness: Take initiative in driving project progress, continuously seeking improvements in workflows and processes.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience - 08 to 10 Years in Construction Industry
  • Degree in Architecture with a strong background in BIM
  • Proven experience leading BIM projects in a managerial or team lead capacity
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), and processes, BIM 360
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
