Job Overview:


Unikon.ai, a cutting-edge networking platform, is looking for an experienced SEO and Generative Engine Optimization Specialist to boost our visibility across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms. This role combines technical SEO expertise with innovative strategies to ensure Unikon.ai is discoverable through both search engines like Google and generative AI tools that influence user recommendations.



Key Responsibilities:


Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute robust SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, including emerging AI-driven trends, to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, and content for enhanced ranking on search engines.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile-first design.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality backlink profile through ethical link-building strategies.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Analyze and optimize Unikon.ai's data and content for visibility on generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Bing Chat).
  • Develop strategies to improve the platform's presence in AI-generated responses for networking-related queries.
  • Collaborate with content creators to design assets that align with generative AI output preferences.
  • Monitor trends in AI-driven search and adapt strategies for maximum reach and engagement.

Content Optimization

  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, keyword-rich articles, blogs, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure content aligns with user intent, generative AI best practices, and traditional SEO standards.
  • Optimize content for featured snippets, AI summaries, and voice search queries.

Analytics and Performance Tracking

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and AI-specific analytics to monitor performance.
  • Provide detailed reports on SEO and GEO campaigns, highlighting traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Collaboration and Strategy Development

  • Work with development, design, and marketing teams to align optimization strategies with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in generative AI, search engine algorithms, and industry developments.
  • Provide training and recommendations on GEO best practices to internal teams.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience of 5+ years in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Understanding of generative AI tools and their impact on search visibility.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Bard, or Microsoft AI).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.



Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in optimizing for AI-generated results (e.g., conversational agents, voice assistants).
  • Knowledge of structured data and semantic search principles.
  • Familiarity with multilingual and multi-regional optimization.
  • Background in content strategy for AI and machine learning integration.
