Learn more at . Position Overview  Diligent is seeking a Staff Technical Writer to join our team. We are looking for a talented candidate that can develop documentation for Diligent products, and at the same time develop forward-thinking strategy, systems and process. The successful candidate must be able to rapidly develop breadth and depth of expertise in our products and services. They’ll also be an expert at synthesizing technical information into clear communication to enable our users to quickly get the full value from our products. Develop customer-facing help content, API guides, release notes, and tutorials for our SaaS products, catering to various audiences. Collaborate with product managers, design engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to improve the user experience by refining product content. Support more than one product roadmap by effectively managing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation. Develop a comprehensive documentation strategy that meets the organization's ambitious product content roadmap and provides leadership in certain areas of innovation. Gain a deep understanding of products and services by translating complex information into simple, engaging content. Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language for user success. Thrive in collaborative environments, actively seeking input and feedback from subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams. Take ownership of your work, assuming full responsibility for the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of the technical documentation you produce. Qualification: To be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.  7+ years of experiences as a Technical Writer or similar role, with expertise in creating content for SaaS or cloud products. Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to provide cross-functional leadership and display an ownership mindset. Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter. Proficiency in MadCap Flare or similar authoring tools (Oxygen, XMetaL, etc.). Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical for on-time deliverable readiness. Provide knowledge and leadership in certain areas of technical communication.
