Job Summary :


- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Solution Architect / Manager of Technology to lead our technology initiatives and drive innovation within our development services.

- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technology expert with a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge solutions across multiple technology stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, and other emerging and existing technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership in the designing development, and implementation of innovative solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks that can be leveraged to enhance our technology stack and improve our development processes.

- Oversee the architecture and development of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that adhere to industry best practices and standards.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain high-quality documentation.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and implement strategies to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, and provide thought leadership in driving technological advancements within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and technology leadership roles.

- Extensive hands-on experience in development and working actively with teams.

- Strong proficiency in multiple technology stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, and other emerging and existing technologies.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across diverse groups.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud computing technologies.

- Preference will be given to candidates with H1B OR B1 US visa.
