Family friendly agency, great role for parents needing flexibility for school drop offs The Role: As the Assistant Property Manager, you will provide essential support to a Property Manager in various aspects of Property Management, including: Tenant & Landlord Liaison Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service. Routines and Entry & Exit Condition Reports Process and evaluate tenancy applications, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Actioning maintenance and liaising with contractors and trades Undertake administrative tasks to support the Property Management operations. The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about learning and passionate about building a long-term career in real estate.
