Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate (Jaipur Rental)About Us

Jaipur Rental is a fast-growing real estate platform specializing in residential and commercial rentals across Jaipur. We are committed to making property renting easy, transparent, and reliable for tenants, landlords, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful rental deals.
  • Promote properties through online/offline marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct property visits, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Manage listings on digital platforms, social media, and CRM.
  • Stay updated with Jaipur's rental market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing (rental experience preferred).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Rajasthani will be an advantage).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
