is looking for a passionate and highly skilled
Full-Stack Technical Architect
to lead the development of complex, scalable, and resilient SaaS and enterprise-grade applications. This role involves collaborating closely with a high-caliber engineering team to design and deliver next-generation Alarm Reception and Video Management solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to drive innovation in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end architecture lifecycle of new products: from concept and design to delivery, rollout, and customer success.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ internal engineers.
  • Architect scalable, robust, and cost-effective cloud-native solutions.
  • Take full ownership of non-functional requirements (NFRs) and drive the technology roadmap.
  • Define and maintain architectural principles, design guidelines, standards, roadmaps, and reusable patterns for custom application development.
  • Establish and enforce architecture and design principles across engineering teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate emerging frameworks to integrate where beneficial.
  • Investigate complex technical challenges and contribute to intellectual property development.
  • Inspire the engineering team with thought leadership and a strong grasp of modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of extensive full-stack development experience (MEAN or equivalent) with strong understanding of application design patterns.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, , or React.
  • 3+ years of experience with
  • 3+ years of experience designing and building RESTful services.
  • 3+ years of experience in native app development (Objective-C, Swift, Android) and hybrid development (React Native or Flutter).
  • Strong background in modern web technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience building highly available applications with Kubernetes and high-availability deployment strategies.
  • Experience deploying and managing production workloads on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure components such as DNS, load balancers, reverse proxies, CDNs, application servers, and databases.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and NoSQL queries.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Familiarity with authentication technologies like OAuth2, LDAP, and SAML.
  • Strong experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Proven experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive unit and functional tests.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / WE VALUE

  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision applications.
  • Proficiency in IoT and edge-to-cloud integrations using AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Expertise in RDBMS, data modeling, and scalable real-time notification systems.
