I amI’m a data analyst for Ecommerce Business, responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to the company’s digital marketing campaigns, well aware of metrics ROAS, website traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, retention metrics and online advertising performance.

I am special

I provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the marketing strategies and achieve the growth goals using various tools and techniques to collect, process, and visualize data.

What makes me so?I collect and analyze data from various sources, such as GA4, Meta Ad Manager, CRM and SQL/ No SQL databases, using tools like and Tableau, Power BI.I create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and channels such as SEO, email/Social Media Marketing, and have experience working with Marketing Team.I identify and track key metrics and KPIs, such as CAC, LTV, retention and churn rate and conduct A/B testing, Predictive Modelling and data segmentation/user cohorts and experimentation to optimize the marketing funnel and customer journey.I provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing campaigns and increase the growth rate and revenue.I communicate and present the data analysis and findings to various internal stakeholders, using clear and compelling visualizations and narratives. I collaborate with other teams, to understand the business objectives and customer needs, and support data-driven decision making and problem solving.

I need to have:2-3 years of professional work experience and working on Large Data sets and identifying patterns & trends, cleans and preprocesses data for accuracy and consistency.Creates visualizations and reports and dashboard for stakeholders, manages databases and utilizes SQL and Excel for data handling.Extract relevant data to interpolate and extrapolate key trends addressing specific business teams and builds and implements statistical models.Derive and track key metrics across the GTM Channels. Comfortable working on Structured & Unstructured Data bases or sourcesSkills required: Hands on SQL, Excel, R, Python. Familiar with HubSpot, Adobe, ORM tools
