Role: Senior Embedded Architect/Technical Director

Main objectives of the Architect RoleDelivery of working software according to specificationsProviding clarity on progress of development workAssisting team members by sharing knowledge and coachingSuggest process improvements with regards to team collaborationRequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or similar10+ years of development experience with Embedded c S/w developmentExperiencing in setting up end to end solutions.Experience in drafting solution architectureExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience & Expertise:Embedded C system development tool chainStrong knowledge on microprocessor/microcontroller architectureFamiliarity with peripheral interfaces & common bus protocols (I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, UART, PWM, ADC, etc.).Familiarity with Real Time Operating System (RTOS)Source code version control (GIT/SVN)Experience on Agile development methodologiesDevelopment and improvement of software architectures, including definition of requirements and documentation, team management, stakeholder management etc.Experience on Firmware DevelopmentExperience/understanding in Battery Management System as well.Development of high-quality firmware for inductive power transmission systemsController implementation for power electronics systems (current, voltage, power etc.)Development of boot loaders and software update solutionsSoft skillsLeadership & team managementClear communicative in English language (oral + written) + ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non – technical audiencesVery strong in project management (+ MS Project)Decisions making : the capacity to make informed, effective & timely decisions that impact team & projectsTime management & organizationResilience & stress managementAdaptability & flexibilityCultural AwarenessLocation and Benefits:This position is based in Hyderabad, India.We offer competitive compensation packages, including salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development and working with industry leaders in power electronics.
