What will this role focus on?Managing and overseeing a number of projects related to design and manufacturing of new products, including software developmentNew Product Development lifecycle; gathering requirements, creating specifications, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, product launchWhat can you expect on a daily basis?You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated new product development projects or strategic initiativesYou will be reviewing project charter, business case and requirements to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.You will confer with appropriate LOB offering management to outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.You will establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for assignment of project personnel.You will direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budgetWhat are we looking for?Ownership of the projectBachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or equivalent experience10 - 15 years' experience in a program management type role, with an emphasis on new product software development environmentExperience leading diverse geographical teams with different cultures, languages and backgroundsExpertise in problem solving and decision makingPMP Certification preferredAgile Certifications preferredStrong knowledge project management standards and practicesStrong communication skills in English (oral and written) – you will be working closely with our international teams worldwideWhat can we offer you?The opportunity to work on new exciting international projects with foreign clients in various sectors ranging from IT, telecommunication to commercial, oil and gas and many othersThe possibility to learn new things, develop and grow in a dynamic sectorFriendly and casual office atmosphereWork-life balanceFlexible working hours
