Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Doctor/ Dermatologist / Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will consult and diagnose clients on a wide range of cosmetic dermatology concerns related to skin, hair, body, and overall wellness. This role involves providing elective care, creating comprehensive treatment plans, and performing aesthetic procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to diagnose skin, hair, cosmetic/ aesthetic concerns and provide treatment for the same
  • Monitor the effectiveness of treatment over time and recommend course corrections as needed.
  • Build trust & relationship with customers and deeply care for them.
  • Maintain a hormonal relationship with the colleagues.
  • Guide and Supervise skin therapists to provide best service to clients


Skills:

  • Skin treatment: MNRF, Dermapen, Ablative lasers, Q switch laser, Glutathione IV drips with multivitamins, Cryolipolysis, stem cell treatment, growth factor concentrate treatment , chemical peels
  • Cosmetic procedure: Mole removal, wart removal, milia extraction, tattoo removal
  • Threads - PDO threads, COG threads, Mono threads
  • Injectables (non - mandatory skills): Botox, Juvederm fillers, Volux, Volift, Volbella, Voluma, Ultra plus XC, profhilo


Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in cosmetic medicine.
  • Experience in performing surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
  • Previous experience of working with skincare, haircare, and bodycare treatment provider like Kaya Skin Clinic, VLCC or any other aesthetic clinic
  • Knowledge of advanced cosmetic medicine techniques.
  • Board certification in cosmetic medicine is a plus.
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work with team


Qualification:

Education :

  • Undergraduate: MBBS or BDS (a certificate or course in cosmetic medicine is an added advantage)
  • Postgraduate (preferred but not mandatory): MS/MD in Dermatology or MDS in any specialization


Experience : 3 years to 10 years
