Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst

Locations - Gurugram / Bangalore - India

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Cost Management Division. As a Team Member and individual contributor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all TCO models for various products, detailed cost analysis and identification of cost optimization area for the Technology BUs of Rakuten Symphony.

Roles & Responsibilities":

1. Manage comprehensive TCO models for various projects and initiatives. Analyze and report on the total cost of ownership for network infrastructure, IT systems, and other capital investments

2. Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Provide recommendations to management based on analysis findings.

3. Perform cost-benefit analyses to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.

4. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance , Procurement & Technology team to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA in Finance or professional certification is preferred.- Proven experience (atleast 10-15 years) in cost control, and financial analysis within the telecommunications industry.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficiency in ERP & P2P Tools and MS Excel.- Ability to work independently with speed and collaborate effectively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
