We are looking for a Software Troubleshooter who is responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing software issues in our existing product made on (LARAVEL & NEXT.JS) . This role involves identifying root causes of software problems, providing timely solutions, and ensuring that applications and systems run smoothly. The Software Troubleshooter works closely with development teams, IT support, and end-users to enhance software performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities


1.Problem Diagnosis

  • Identify and analyze software issues reported by end-users or automated monitoring systems.
  • Use debugging tools and techniques to trace and understand the root causes of software problems.

2.Issue Resolution

  • Develop and implement solutions to fix identified software issues.
  • Work with development teams to apply patches, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Test fixes to ensure they resolve the issues without introducing new problems.

3.Preventative Maintenance

  • Monitor software systems to identify potential issues before they impact users.
  • Implement proactive measures and best practices to prevent recurring problems.
  • Regularly update and maintain software to ensure optimal performance and security.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software troubleshooting, technical support, or software development.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.


Mandatory Skills

  • Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Laravel, PHP) Frontend (NextJS, Node JS) and debugging tools.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and software environments.
  • Expertise in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

Certifications (Optional but Preferred)

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Docker Certified Associate (DCA)


Job Timings : 12am to 8am IST
